DAY 65: Spaghettini with Parmigiano Reggiano, Garlic, Capers & Flat Leaf Parsley

A quick and easy pasta that combines EVOO, chopped flat-leaf parsley, garlic, capers, lemon juice, and a whole lot of cheese!

All the elements were prepared seperately and then added one at a time to the steaming hot cooked pasta. The taste was simple yet morish.

I accompanied it with a bit of homemade garlic & herb mini loaves...
